When I tried to install Total Control I keep getting this error: "missing DLL file MSVBVM50.DLL" or "Error launching program dll required MSVBVM50.DLL NOT FOUND". Can you tell me how to fix this error?

You need to install Visual Basic 5 Runtime DLL. You can download it from here.
